Like us, Chester will be without some of their key players tomorrow.
Top scorer Akwasi Asante has a recurrence of his hamstring injury, so is unlikely to play; if he doesn’t play, Danny Elliott recently recalled from a successful loan spell at Alfreton Town, could come straight into the side.
Left back Joel Taylor suffered an injury last Saturday and is doubtful. Also struggling is Matty Hughes who has problems with fluid on the knee. And Danny Livesey, who came off the bench to score last Saturday is suffering from a hamstring injury.
Striker George Waring is available after recently being allowed to return to full contact training and could play, wearing a protective face mask. And full back Jamie Morgan is also available, having served his two-match ban for his red card in their 4-2 defeat at York City at the start of the month.
So, we could be facing a weakened Chester side – but we know that those given a chance to play can grab the opportunity with both hands!
Fingers crossed that we maintain our unbeaten run, and stay high up both the league and the form table.
