Sorry if this has already been covered somewhere else, but is there any travel organised for the NYD game at Hartlepool? I bought my ticket and then realised there are no local train services that day!
Going to be tough tommorow with all the players out. Im going for 2-1 pools sadly but hope the stand in players show up. Will we also have to play 1 up top now as theres no striker to bring on from the bench.

I predicted the result, but not the score - well done!!
I thought we deserved at least a point. Hartlepool's penalty was highly dubious and, other than that and McLaughlin's goal, they created very little. We hit the crossbar and Boden missed a great chance. The work rate, as always, was superb.
I do think that without Olley and Armstrong, and Barrow's incisive runs, we look a bit toothless up front. Hopefully Watson will be given the opportunity to strengthen the side because we are short on numbers at the moment.
We did look short on numbers today, but hardly surprising with White, Olley, Barrow, Pears out, and Armstrong gone. A definite lack of options on the bench, and the lad who came on late, McGeogh, I think has been recalled from a loan with North Shields, so throwing in a lad from the Northern League into the National League, yes, not ideal. Yet another ref who was clearly unfit to wear the shirt, ably supported by linesmen who don't have any mind of their own and just follow everything the ref does. Penalty was never a penalty, with officious yellow cards given out to Tinks and Salkeld, for daring to think football is a contact sport. On the positive side, our support was excellent, easily outsinging the massed ranks of monkey hangers. It was good to see Salkeld back, and hopefully he can recapture his early season form. Thomson played well in a rare start. We had enough chances to draw or even win, but no one could put it on target. Another positive is we don't have Noble playing for us anymore. The word d***head was invented for players like him.
